Short presentation
My research interest are macroeconomics and international policy coordination.
I have been PhD candidate at Stockholm University since 2006 and graduate student at the Institute for International Economic Studies since September 2008, after having worked in the same institution as research assistant since 2006. At IIES, I am currently responsible for the organization of the Brownbag Seminar Series, and of the meetings of the Macro Group. I hold a BA "Summa cum Laude" in Economics awarded by Bocconi University, and a M.Sc. in Economics, awarded with distinction by University College London. Previously, I worked as junior researcher at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (Milan-Italy), and as summer intern at the European Central Bank, Monetary Policy Strategy Division. I was visiting graduate student at University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Fall 2008 and Spring 2009.
In the spare time, I write my own blog (in Italian), mainly about politics, economics, and cinema, and I listen to music. In the past, my op-ed appeared in the Italian on-line magazine LibMagazine.
